		<description>A year later...but still, I&#039;d like to comment that I believe there is nothing wrong with this pageant, in fact, I believe it is challenging the western view of &quot;beauty&quot; in an important and positive way.  The contestants choose to be a part of something like this, so there is no problem with it.  You can tell by their smiles in the pictures that it has restored a sense of confidence within them.  The most important thing, of course, is that it brings this problem-which I had no idea about until reading this story-to light.  In the respective countries where the pageant was held, it may have expedited the campaigns to remove mines while presenting real females who have experiences the danger associated with them.</description>
